Been there! I say give her an hour, It might be a big painful depending where she was hit. Try to entise her with a treat, just dont force her out. Once you get her out, re asure her that everything is ok, make sure there's no blood, adn just watch her actions for the next couple of days.

Sorry Im not big help but I know how it feels.

I think we've all done something similar. Give her some time to calm down and then check her nose. It'll probably be ok.

I don't think you really hurt her, unless the mouse is a rock! More than likely, she's embarassed that you hit her with her own toy. Give it a little time and she'll be giving you heabutts.

Once she gets closer to you, you'll be able to get a look at her nose and see for yourself that she's just fine.

I got so scared because the face she made when she got hit. Her head went back and she opened her mouth (this all happened VERY fast). So it looked like the force of the mouse hiting her jerked her head back. Im still a little scared.

My husband and I got Polly a rubber bouncy ball to play with. We were bouncing it for her. She just stood there and let it hit her in the face. She's fine though, and she still plays with the ball.
