shaky tail

My cat's tail shakes when he pees. Is that normal? When he first came home with me his tail was straight as an arrow (when he was going), he was sick at the time but he's been healthy for over 7 months now. I noticed it was shaking a few weeks ago and didn't know if that was strange or not. He doesn't seem sick by any means. Am I just crazy? LOL probably. Just thought I'd ask.

When they are unneutered and spraying, they will shake their tails like that. Is he neutered? If not he may be spraying. If he is neutered, he may just shake his tail anyways, or he may be spraying anyways, some cats do, but you would know definately
