Strange but normal?

Ok my cat is about 3 years old and for the last week or so she has been chewing plastic bags! She not eating it just chewing. Is this normal?

very normal... just supervise her/him, every cat loves plastic bags

I agree, just supervise so he/she doesn't swallow any.

My old man cat does this! He eats any plastic. I just had him at the vet last week because he ate the tape out of a cassette tape and it was hanging out his rear end. Luckily it was stretchy and he doesn't have an interest in string which could do some damage inside of him.
