This is going to seem like a strange question, but here goes:
Scooter, our 1 year old male bengal has bigger testicles (the ball sacks) than Gizmo, our 1 year old male bengal. Scooter also likes to pick on Tigger... not playfully, but it's more dominant play. He grabs onto her neck and bites. I take them all to the same vet, but sometimes see a different vet (the have 4 vets working in the same office). I had a different vet neuter Scooter than I did for Gizmo. Is it possible he wasn't neutered properly or the procedure was done differently on Scooter than on Gizmo?? Scooter is such a bully, too.

It's extremely rare, but not impossible, for some of the tubules to have been left in the scrotum. It's also possible that one was completely castrated while the other just had his tubules removed (the most common procedure in America).

I don't know if he still had some remaining material, though, if he would still be excreting a large amount of hormones.

It's also possible that this is just his personality and has nothing to do with his neutering.

Don't be too embarrassed to ask your vet.
