Worried bout my baby

well she not yet a year old and she lost her 2 previous litters early on so when this one was proceeding well we took it as a good sign she went into labour around 11:30 pm its now 2:11 she has about 4 kittens but thats not what worries me or even that shes a small cat. well with her second or third the also came like a relatively big chunk of what i assume is her insides shes had others after and seems ok im just a little worried because ive never heard of anythign like that before.

Are you certain what you saw wasn't a placenta? Was it attached to the umbilicus of one of the kittens? Did she attempt to consume it?

You have me lost. Can you describe more please.
