I'm pretty excited about what this means for the small TNR group I'm involved with and wanted to share. As a result of some upheaval at one of our local no kills shelters, a group of five volunteers has left there and now wants to become involved with us. I can't tell you how much of a help this will be and it couldn't have come at a better time. We're a very small group that's become way overextended in recent months as requests for TNR and fostering have increased. As many of you know, I was feeling very overwhelmed a few weeks back, as was our coordinator and other volunteers. The five women interested in joining us have a wealth of experience in socializing, trapping etc...We met with them at lunch today and had so much fun sharing our experiences and talking about what we can accomplish with the added help. This is great news for us, but even better for all the additional cats (and people) we'll be able to help!

Wonderful. the lack for fostering-resources were a major drawback of your group. It will be much better now.
