How do you celebrate your cats birthdays?

Both My cats are turning one soon and I need some ideas on how to make their days special. Yes I know that they are not aware of the concept of a birthday party but they can enjoy it .

I already bought them some presents (some balls for Rocket and a fish on a string for Mica) and I was thinking of letting them have kitty kat (I figure it the equivalent of Burger King in the cat world) as a special treat.

What have you guys done in the past? I would be very interested in hearing and ideas you have!

Spot just had a birthday and I tried to post pix, but couldn't get them re-sized right. I'm so photobucket illiterate!
Anyway, he had a "Fancy Feast" cake with cheese stars, and he got a brand new toy.
Poor Poops felt left out, though.

I wasn't here when my baby turned 3 so Grandma just gave him a little bit of milk.
