I just hate being stared at!
It's entirely possible that he has Alzheimers or something. You could try approaching him in a nice way. That's what I did with our neighbor. Then again, you don't want to encourage him.

Oh goodness, thats so funny!

I would tell him that you are very uncomfortable with him always being there -a nd if you have to tell him again, you WILL contact the authorities!

I'm glad you can out run a scooter too, by the way

I'd let him get home, then pay him and hs wife a visit. Then, in front of his wife, ask what the problem was!!

Only problem is that I'm pretty sure that his wife is a complete invalid, what I really want to know is how these two are still living on their own??

I agree with that!!!! or just go pay a visit to his wife.

I had a old man that lived next door to me and he would always stare at us out his window through the curtain and we'd wave to him, but he's act like he wasn't there. LOL.

Do you have any large male friends that can hang around your place in order to scare the creep enough that he will stop stalking you?

Either that, or you could act super close to another girl to make him think you don't even like guys....

My thought exactly! The guy could approach the creep and tell him that if he ever hears of him staring at you he will kick his behind.

I'd probably just ask him if you can help him with anything. That would creep me out too though!

I believe that if your dog dislikes this guy, and he gives you a creepy feeling, you should trust that. Assume he is not a safe person, and take precautions to protect yourself.

DH had a dog many years ago...way before we met. He had a large party, and Dog kept growling at one person. Turns out the guy was packing a gun. I always trust my dog.

Next time he stops, just say, "you are bothering my dog...please move on." If he keeps bugging you let the people who you rent from know. Maybe they can say something to him.

Does he do this to other people? Is there anyone who could be harmed by him, like little kids that are unsupervised? (Hopefully not!)

Say to him in your best nasty valley girl voice:
"uuhh...can I like help you or something?" (chomps on gum).

Sounds a little like demonsia( Sp?). Though. Maybe you remind him of someone he use to know when he was younger

you guys have all had some good suggestions! I had thought of having my friend say something to him, but he's never there when an "incident" happens

Beckiboo- its not really him he dislikes, its the guy's dog, but same difference I guess
and he did used to kind of bother my old neighbor too, but she moved so now all his attention is on me yeah! and I really don't think he could actually physically harm someone as he is disabled and in the scooter, but anything could happen- I'll keep my eyes open for anything

Lunasmom- should I twirl my hair while I say that??

hee-hee I could try that popping/snapping thing too
and to keep with the valley girl theme I must use the phrase "like totally" at least twice
