sukie in mid birth with third kitten, grape size part of sac is sticking out but contractions seem to have stopped and nothing has happened in 5 plus minutes is this normal.

I don't think that's normal. Sounds like baby's stuck. Hope someone comes along for help. You may need to help her?

he started straining and moving about a bit then the bump seems to move back in. she is now resting nursing first two. fingers crossed. if she looks distressed i will try and help her

On the contractions the baby might try to come but if to big it could get stuck. Or if baby is breach.
