The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
Good morning world! How is everybody today?
Its a beautiful day here today, for some reason it's colder inside our office than outside!!
Don't think I have much planned for this evening, possibly go to my Mum's for dinner but its a long drive so I'll see how awake I am at 5pm

Have a great day everybody

Morning!
It's another gorgeous day here, but i feel like i could sleep for England for some reason?, and i was in bed at 10.15 and slept right through.

Sophie has a habit of jumping on my shoulder from the kitchen table while i'm putting my makeup on to jump onto the windowsill, but she did it while i was putting mascara on this morning and i had two nice but small black smudges below my eye

Aaw what is she like

I had to shut the bedroom door again at about 4am. Nismo was just causing havoc and I tried walking around holding her like a baby to calm her down a bit thinking she might sleep but no such luck

I have to admit it is our fault because Mark has all his uni folders etc pulled out of drawers etc at the minute and there is a lot of paper around for her to screw up and rip but we don't have anywhere else to put it until he's finished with it.
She's ok until the early hours, then it gets beyond a joke. I'm not going to shut them out every night though, just when she starts making a noise. I miss them waking me up for breakfast

ahh bless her

Well my day started at 5.20am, not intentionally its just when i woke up

Done the washing, hoovered, watered the plants and just about to wash up

Its a very nice day here, the cats are lying in the sun beams on the lounge carpet. They could go outside as the patio doors are open but choose not to.

I am booked in today at the Doctors for my holiday vaccinations
I think its 3 lots of needles
Then its off for a hair cut, which is another thing i never look forward to

But when they are out of the way the afternoon is mine

Have a good day

Oh the joys of them being a kitten when they wake us up
Saying that mind, Sophie will be as good as gold until i wake, but if i wake up to go to the bathroom when it's starting to get light then go back to bed she'll start whining to be out the room, so then i have to end up getting back up out of bed and going downstairs to switch the alarm off so they can wander around.

The silly thing is she ends up back on the bed with me in less than 5 minutes!!

Morning!

Another glorious day here today!
I know what you mean about needing sleep, Susan - I felt the same this morning!

I love my kitties waking me up, but not when they all decide that five o'clock is the appropriate time!

Oooh holidays that need jabs - you must be going somewhere good!!
I hate the hairdressers too - I've cut my own hair for years now because of it!

I hope everyone has a great day!

We are off to Cuba later in the year.
Really looking forward to it, i haven't had a holiday abroad for 4 years now.

The only thing that i worry about is putting the cats in the cattery. I know they look after them (its at the vets) and i really shouldn't worry but....

If i cut my own hair i dread to think what it would look like
Even when i am just cutting a tiny bit in the mirror i always struggle, it gets shorter and shorter....so of to the hairdressers i go

Well got to go now the needles await !

Cuba!! Nice!! I suppose it's just the jabs that puts a bit of a dampener on the preparations, isn't it?!

Well that wasn't so bad. Only 2 injections, they are combined, tetanus, diptheria, hepatits A and typhoid fortunately no malaria in Cuba

We had a few drops as we got to Northwich, about 10.30am hardly anything really. Spent most of the day there watching the sprint racing
Mostly old brit bikes, the noise and smell of it was amazing

It did rain on the way home about 4pm and we were rather soggy by the time we reached home
But it was worth it. Will definately go again next year

The last time I went abroad was in 2001 when I went to New York!!
Now theres a city i would really like to see

That's not too bad then! Although if I can avoid injections, I will do!

It sounds like a fun day! I was thinking of you while we were getting the down pour and cussing you for mentioning rain when I specifically told you not to!

It was truely amazing!
It was quite strange though, as my parents visited and went up the Twin Towers, the year that they were built, and I went up them in the last year

I was actually surprised, too, how small the inside of the Staue of Libery was!
I guess I watched Ghost Busters one too many times as a child!

Good morning everyone!

I'm back at home again, Reilly was very happy to see me, and he kept me awake most of the night.

Today I'm going to do a bunch of cleanup here at the apartment, and do grocerries. I also need to start studying for my next 2 exams that will be coming up towards the end of the month.

Morning Everyone!

So so tired. Luna was being a little witch last night so I had to bring her into the bedroom and close the door. Then B came to bed and couldn't fall asleep so he was up late with the light on reading.

Beauty got antsy last night and started prancing around my head...then she start licking my hair.
Had to finally kick her off the bed just so that could fall back asleep.

Went to Rochester last night and saw my Grandpa - he is there for some tests, and surgury this morning, so I wanted to drive over and see him before that happened today - I'm a wreck this morning, I just hope everything goes okay
Might be heading back over there tonite again if they have to stay another night - lets hope they can go home!

Other than that... just another day! I'm ready for tomorrow to be here so I can have a few days off!
