Wow... I love your pictures. I've always wanted to go to Wales, thats where my greatgrandparents were all from.

I hope you find a solution for your peacock problem!

Did the mate die? Peacocks mate for life and when a mate is injured or dies the other will wander off in a daze for awhile. You don't want two peacocks on your place trust me! When they mate it sounds like someone is being murdered the screams are horrible.

Our local zoo has a whole flock of them (they seem to have weaned the flock down in the past years). They used to get on the monorail tracks and refuse to get out of the trains way. And the screeching....horror movie noise. At the zoo they would eat anything people discarded, french fries, buns etc. I hope you find a solution to this....maybe someone dumped it?

I'd call the zoo, or your animal control people they'll know what to do. The Peacock here was always getting out of the zoo and roaming the near by golf course... He use to steal golfballs...
. I wonder what happened to him, havn't seen him in years

I'm not even going to repeat what the daycare owner said to me when he was doing it!
I always thought they were yelling "HEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYY YYYYYYYYOUUUUUU!! But help sounds right too!!

My MIL (whom I can't stand) just left a message on th cell phone that she has a peacock in her yard and doesn't know what to do with it. She want's my hubby to come over and "take care of it"

He about died laughing and said "she'll get over it"
