Does anyone know of a good collage program? I bought an 8X10 picture fram a while ago, and I want to make a collage of our cats! I have Microsoft PIcture It and Art Explosion Greeting Cards, but it's not what I'm looking for.

The best program I've used for doing collages (making wallpaper, stuff like that) is Adobe Photoshop. The full program costs about $600 (I think, I know it's really expensive), but they have a smaller version, called Photoshop Elements that retails for about $100. You can also download a 30-day trial of Elements here. Elements is real easy to use, it is basically just a pared down version of Photoshop without the big graphic designers' tools.
