Exercise equipment?

Does anyone here know much about the machine called Gazelle, by Tony Little? My MIL gave me one last weekend and I have been using it once a day and wasnt sure just exactly what all its for. I mean it is obviuosly for your legs but didnt know what else.

It's suppose to help with your lower body (gluts and lower abs, plus legs). There are different positions that you can put yourself to work on a specific area.
I don't own one, but would LOVE too...they're fun and you don't realise you're exercising.

Oh ok kewl! I am *googling* right now to find out some more info on it. I know my legs/calves were killing me all week from using it!
