Hi cat owners!!

Im just wondering about my cat behavior.. she's just 2 months old.. He usually play with me, some of her moves is biting. At first her biting skills isnt that hard/hurt.. so i guess she knows that we are just playing that her bite isnt that hard. But when she gets older and older when she bite me he always left it with a blood.. i dont know if she's still playing with that act when shes biting that too hard.

Yes, she still thinks she's playing. She's just stronger and bigger so her biting will be harder.

It's not a good idea to play like that with a kitten, using yours hands and letting them bite you because when they grow older, this is what happens. They don't realize they are hurting you.

What you need to do is stop playing with her like that. If she goes to bite your hand, Say no loud and pull your hands away so she doesn't attack them even in playing. Then take a toy and play with her wth the toy, so she learns to use those.

They really like the fishing rod toys with a string and something hanging from it. That way you can play a lot with her and don't have to worry about her biting you.

One more thing,

Why my cat bite me if i just hold her at her body. Im just trying to pet her or just comfort her (just like how you tame the dogs) with my hand then she suddenly bite me.

Actually, you should stop all play. Your cat must learn that biting is not acceptable. Do not use your hands/fingers as toys. Play with cat toys. If she starts biting stop immediately and leave. I think at 2 months NO is yet to be learned, but a hiss works wonders.
When it comes to holding or petting, cats have different tolerance levels. They will tell you in their own way when enough is enough. Some just wiggle out, or jump off, others prefer to give you a nip.

Sometimes cats get overstimulated. If she gets upset don't touch her. One way to tell is if she's waving her tail back and forth or rumpling her back. Just leave her alone if she gets aggitated and follow the advice about not playing with your hands. Buy some nice feather toys, feather wands- things like that, and focus her play attention there.

I think some cats are just biters though. Bubbles bites, a lot. If he would be a dog, he would be put down as a dangerous animal. He especially doesn't like men, but any of us can be attacked at any one time. We now know the kind of face he makes before an attack and are on guard, and bot, my daughter and me, have learnt to have very fast reflexes
. But we still get bitten and clawed on occasion.

Bubbles can be the sweetest little love bug, and thankfully, most of the time he is, otherwise he would have had to move into the shed, but sometimes he just snaps and attacks. It is always out of the blue and never during petting, he just gets up when he has enough. We never played "rough" with him, always told him off for biting, but still no luck. If I throw a towel at him,he will let off and attack the towel instead. But it has got better since we have Gizmo. He now wrestles with him. Rather rough, but at least Gizmo has fur to protect him. I think Bubbles just forgets that we poor humans have no fur to protect us and that it hurts.

2 weeks ago I got the worst attack. He bit my nose and clawed my face, thanks to some fast reflexes, I didn't get much damage and managed to pull him off. Hissed at him and he scampered off. No idea why he did it. 5 minutes later he asked for a cuddle.

I just hope all burglars are male. They might be in for a surprise.

My lil Katie often bites in play, but have learned the tail tale signs that enough is enough, even if we are just playing. This morning while lying in bed I began to stroke her back and she turned around and bit my arm. I immediately took my hand away and put it under the covers and left her alone. That was the end of that. But she has learned the words "No Bite".

I have a male kitten who is five weeks old and this past week especially he's turned into ALL PLAY, with biting and clawing getting rougher, jumping at us when we walk by, etc. He's not a kitten who likes petting or holding much but he does like being around people a lot or to be beside us when we're sitting. He's an orphan, so how do we get this message across to him and still give him the attention he needs?

Thanks for any help with this. He'll probably be joining his permanent family in about two weeks and I'd like to work on this before they get him.
