Good News!

We FINALLY got a house!
We are going to sign the papers tonight!
It's a 2 bedroom 1 ½ bath, ¾ acre of a fenced yard, hot tub, pool, washer, dryer, dishwasher....EVERYTHING! I will be so happy to get out of the dump we're in! Oh, and we can get a dog (shh, don't tell the fuzzies) and it's only $700/month!! I am SO siked!

I'm sure alot of you know about all the problems I have had with my current landlord (slumlord) so I am OVERLY excited to move!

My husband and I have come a LONG way over the last year and this is a reward for all our hard work and struggles.

$700 is VERY cheap here. Especially for being a house and on the good side of town in a quiet neighborhood. I truly feel in my heart that this was ment to be. We were the first one to call and look at it. Immediatly I gave them a $100 deposit to hold it until our references were checked. The kids are going to be THRILLED!
Deacon (4½yr old ) has seen it but Justice (8½ yr old) hasn't seen it yet. I think they'll fall in love with it. I'm just SO happy!

That's so wonderful! Can't wait to see pics and hear all your moving in stories!
