Hi from England

Hi have just joined,have one tabby cat and four gorgeous kittens, now 8 days old, am still paranoid that they are healthy, but try not to handle them just yet!
How old do the kittens need to be before fading kitten syndrome is no longer a problem? Any help would be appreciated! Their mum(lili) is doing a fantastic job looking after them, they seem healthy and happy!

When Yen had her kittens, there was a link on sexing kittens in the pregnant cat and kitten care forum and I looked there. I still had trouble. I swore both the kittens were female, and then when they passed away at the vets, I found out I had two little boys!

Hi can really understand about sexing kittens,keep changing my mind daily as to what sex they are .Have homes lined up for three of them,providing i can sex them!!! might leave it to the vet!!does anybody else struggle? Even the pictures I have seen look different to my kittens!! Will just have to be patient and wait for the vet

ps. sexing kittens is very tricky - we once had a male cat named Chloe because we were told she/he was a female.
