I have a relatively new semi-feral cat that has adopted us. When he first showed up he was VERY agressive twords both people and other cats. He is/was very jealous. If I gave any of my other stray/feral cats any attention he would attack them. It got to the point where I thought I was going to have to find him another home for the safety of everyone involved. I hated the thought but I didn't know what else I could do. I continued to work with him hoping things would improve and boy have they!!!

He is now a completely different cat. He is a total sweetheart. He now gets along with the other cats, he even enjoys playing with them now. If he hears my voice he will come running and will follow me around. He also likes other family members now (that is if I'm not around). At first he was terrified of toys but now plays all the time. He actually demands it. He loves to come in the house. He doesn't wait for an invitation, if he wants in he just opens the door an lets himself in when ever he wants. If he isn't in the mood to open the door he will just knock until someone gets up an lets him in. He knows what the refrigerator is and will sit and stare at it until he gets a treat. He loves to cuddle. He has claimed the recliner as his chair and gets very upset if someone else sits in it.

Wow... He must have had a home and was abandoned when he was younger... what a brave kitty!

Maybe he can become a pet (if not you, then for somebody else)?

He is a pet now that he gets along with the rest of the family. I can't keep him in all the time because I live with my Grandparents and I don't want him to trip them. I have a seperate house on the same property but I have my 2 house cats that have health issues. Plus he still enjoys being able to go outside.
