When I was little still living in Italy.. I would have been about 7 or 8 years old I had discovered that the remote control for my TV could switch channels on the other TV that was in the lounge room.
Late at night when i was supposed to be in bed, i used to sneak behind the couch and switch the channel. Sometimes my dad thought that he had pressed the button or that the salelite dish was going crazy

I still havent owned up, and he still doesnt know that it was me playing those tricks on him

I just remembered of it now since he is fixing the satelite dish in my room and i just had to laugh at my sillyness!

Did you do anything weird/funny to your parents that drove them mad when you were younger?

Well here is something that really annoyed my parents. I'd bring every living thing in our yard back into the house. This included bugs, worms, lizards, salamanders, newts, baby birds that had fallen from thier nest, stray cats/kittens, stray puppies. It was like every week I was bringing something new in.

Ooo...I use to love to put makeup on my sister and mom. Well they weren't available one day so Dad volunteered.

Apparently he forgot to take the makeup off before leaving for the store. The clerk asked him if he was a clown.

Needless to say he never volunteered for makeup again!

Oohhh...

I have 2 younger brothers - and when we were all younger, I used to make them dress up in girls clothes, and they were willing! I would put bows in their hair, dress them in my dresses and put makeup on them - they were my life sized barbies!

I'd also make them play barbies with me too - but that backfired - they got older and would play with me anymore, and instead they took the sisscors to their hair and cut their hair - along with a few of their heads! YIKES!

Yup, I DID! I loved it too - too bad they grew up!

When I showed them the pictures when they were older, they couldn't believe my parents let me do it to them - I thought it was entertaining!

That is so funny!
I can imagine what kind of pics are going to be shown at the reception if/when either one of your brothers gets married.

I'm glad you weren't one of my older sisters!
They weren't always good sisters either though.

I used to wander off a lot when I was really little, and so my parents had to tether me to a tree like a dog....

I did the same thing. Luckily my mom was never afraid of any of it!

THis was me too! I thought every stray animal in the world was my responsibility!

Also, this is a really funny story, while in New Braunfels for the summer I used to hike on what I thought to be a mini-mountain behind our cabin. It was only a couple miles really, but I made it an all day climbing adventure. Well, while out on one of my mini adventures one day I noticed that there were orange markers on a lot of the trees. I though this meant they were going to cut these down. I was in an environmental/conservationist stage, so I spent the entire day ripping the markers off and either hiding them under rocks or burying them. The next day I heard my step dad griping about the markers for the oil line being gone and now he didnt know where it was.
I never fessed up that it was me. I thought I was saving the planet one tree at a time.

I had pet rabbits when I was about 13. I started with what were supposed to be two females. In fact, I took them to school one day for a speech...and said they were both girls. A few days later, the one that really WAS female gave birth to her first litter.

My friend and I made some new rabbit hutches, which are basically a cage with a boxed in area for the nest. Somehow, I kept having litters. One day my Dad tried to talk me into giving my rabbits to a friend of his. They promised never to eat my rabbits, but couldn't promise never to eat their offspring. My Dad offered me up to $20 per rabbit, but I was standing on principle! Eventually the babies all went to homes, for free. But they and their offspring were forever pets.
