Hey all. I got my cat about 7 years ago. I've never known what breed he is. Can anyone help me out? Here are a couple of pics:

Most likely he's nothing more than a moggie.
He does remind me of a Turkish Angora though.

Two blue eyes? Can he hear ok?

I've always just assumed he was a mutt, but the cat groomers always want a better answer than that.

Yes, he has two blue eyes, and his hearing is fine.

Never seen many blue eyed whites that weren't hearing impaired.
He sure is gorgeous.

Just tell the groomers he's a Turkish Angora mix, I doubt they'd know any better

I didnt know that was common. All I know is that when I whistle for him I can see him running to me from blocks away, so I know his hearing is good. Usually when the groomers ask me what kind of cat he is I just tell them the big-cute-fluffy-white kind. I guess I'll stick to that.

I just did a search on google images for Turkish Angora. He does actually look very similar to a lot of the pics it came up with, but he's definately mixed with something else.

I was JUST wondering the same thing about Julius, and he actually looks JUST like your cat, except orange and white.

Just did some search on the web - it does seem that Julius is a Turkish Angora. He looks identical to several of the pictures I've found on Google.

Good to know.
