Hmm..my senior year I would show for the start of some of my classes and "disappear" to 7-11 for the rest of it.

Actually I didn't start skipping class till College. The only time during high school that I skipped class was during exam week when I didn't have an exam in a certain class and I'd go down the river. Here in college though, I skip every now and then.

Technically, no, because my mother would just call in for me if I didn't feel like going to class.
I was the 5th of 6 kids, and my folks just didn't take things all that seriously by the time we were in school....
We were otherwise good kids and didn't take advantage of it...

Mom was pretty understanding about it, though. I didn't get in trouble because she thought it was funny too, I was just told not to do it any more.
I did the same thing, however the difference here was when my mother was sent "a note" home she was sure she had written it because it was perfect to her handwritting

she still talks about it to this day and even congratulates me

Uggh! Gym class! I remember they used to make us go on runs around the town. Well, my best friend lived near the school, so we'd just take a little detour and spend the day there instead!

There were about 2 years of high school where I chronically skipped class. It coincided with me getting my driver's licence, funnily enough.
I did like my final year though, and never skipped in college. I think by then I had got it out of my system. And when you're paying your own way, you tend to take it more seriously.

Here... or There... Hmmm
Only like one or two a week, but we had to make up missing those classes on Saturday or we wouldn't graduate, so on the last Saturday School about half of the senior class was there, cool thing was they let us watch a movie instead of study since our classes had actually ended about a week earlier!

Under a stack of blueberry waffles.
Yes, about 5 times. It was during my senior year, where I had more than the required amount of credits needed to graduate by the middle of the year. I was very bored, and the only thing I needed to pass for requirement was English.

Then the school started a rule where you would immediately fail a class if you were late to it for 5 days a quarter or were absent for 5 days of a semester. I went then, and passed everything (I would have anyway, hence why I was bored).
