If there were twins or triplets then I'd be forced to use the ab lounge afterwards!!!

If you had twins or triplets you'd be running around so much you wouldn't need to use the ab lounge!

And just think too...if you did have twins (or triplets), you get the price of 2-3 kids at once with the cost of one horrific labor!
You wouldn't have to worry about going through another labor again! Why? Because you have two kids!!

Have another appointment on May 25 and they said for sure that we will hear the heartbeat then!!!

What'd I miss today??

Here's a great tool for picking out a color pallet:

http://colorblender.com/

it's made for designers, so you have to change the colors in RGB and that can be a little confusing, but it comes up with some great combinations. Then you print it out and head to your paint store for matching chips!

Thank you!!! I'm sure this time will go by super fast. It already has. But we will definatly get to hear the hearbeat in 4 weeks for sure so that's good!

hearing the babies heart beat is such an amazing experience, I was in awe for days after hearing it and thankfully we got it recorded as we did with all the scans as well.

We painted our nursery in yellow (3 walls) and blue (1 wall). we didnt know the sex either and these colours just made the nursery feel so hmmm 'sunny' and 'cheery' lol very pleased with the colours we choose. Of course it seems to be covered in cat & frog decorations which are my 2 favourite animals in the world!

Bringing Jasmine into the world is without doubt the best thing I have ever accomplished in my life, she has made our world complete. I am sure your going to feel the same way Tara.

And the boys simply adore her. Tipsy is her protector - comes running whenever she is crying and lays beside her while they wait "for mum". Did you both reconsider giving up your pets? We havent heard much about that... I think pets in a childs life from birth is great on so many levels

I was wondering the same thing. I have been waiting for an update... I thought maybe once you guys had some time to digest everything you might have reconsidered.. Have you made any decisions?

Also, we covered human development in class this morning and learned that at around 10 weeks you can begin to hear the heartbeat, but that it can be harder to detect based on the position. I bet you can't wait until your next appointment.

I helped my one niece paint her nursery "tropicana cabana" It was a turquoise blue like the packing the Tiffany jewelry store uses. The wood trim in the house is all white and they used an ocean theme with tropical fish and other occupents of the seas!! They bought all white furniture and they did have boys!!! (yes she had twins!!)

The cats house, we just pay the mortgage..
I decorated my little sisters nursery, its still like that now and she's 5.
I painted the bottom half of the walls yellow like sand, then did the sea, then the sky. I painted the ceiling blue.
I then painted people on the beach, sandcastles, a huge one that said 'Lauren' on the flag on top. Loads of crabs, birds, boats, hot air balloons, islands, whales, dolphins, goodness there was everything! I also did a life size palm tree behind her door, it was the only bit of space left. It looks amazing, I'm going to cry when she says 'I want to redecorate'.

Decorating the baby's room is so exciting. My sister bought a crib this weekend and has already put it together and bought the cutest bedding. She isn't due until September!!
I am so excited though.

One of my friends had a baby not too long ago and decorated teh troom in a "Baby Snoopy" theme. she knew it was a boy and painted the walls a pale blue, with Baby Snoopy border, bedding, lamp, mobile, etc.

I have to admit I was wondering about your pets as well. If you did decide to rehome them, were you able to find good homes?

I wonder if Eric wants any more babies?

Someone I don't think Eric will agree to have another child just to have a Baby Snoopy nursery.
Perhaps you can decorate the lizard's cage in Baby Snoopy?

At 41 inches she sure is a big baby. I still haven't weighed her yet!

She would probably beat the heck out of baby snoopy with her tail. She doesn't like dogs.

We have thought of names!! for a boy it's definatly going to be Brenden Scott and for a little girl it's kind of up in the air between Ava, and Jaylee or whatever other name I come up with from now and then haha, girls seem so much harder to name than boy haha.
