No more babies yet, she is purring and happily nursing one baby boy. She is a few days overdue and today is her 69th day from her first day of mating. The vet didn't x-ray, but did palpitate to say there was more than one, but we didn't get an accurate number. I am impatiently awaiting number 2.
She is showing no signs of distress, so I am going to just keep watch and chew my nails.

Other updates, Lucy's 11 week old kittens have been spayed and neutered, at Truffles and Baxter will be going to their furever homes tomorrow, and Sarabi will go home this weekend. They are all doing well and all well over 3 lbs.
We are going to miss them.

Kiara's babies turned 4 weeks old on Sunday, they all have been reserved, I will post pictures of all of them very soon.

Thank you for asking.

awwww...i was hoping she would have the others by now. I have been wanting to get to bed but i really wanted to see how she was doing first. LOL What kind of cats do you have?
I really thought my daughters cat would have her babies by tonight but she hasnt. So I guess it will be in the next couple of days. This pregnant cat stuff is all new to me. I didnt plan on having a pregnant cat. I didnt realize she was in heat and I also didnt know that I could have gotten her spayed as young as she is. I am sure planning on getting her spayed as soon as she finishes nursing these kittens if she ever has them. This is too nerve wracking for me! LOL Plus, I dont see a sense in keeping her pregnant all the time when there is too many kittens in the world that need homes anyways. Good Luck with her and dont forget to update when she has more! plz

No updates yet, but here are plenty of pictures. I know I probably put up too many, but I can't help it.

Here is Lucy's Fab 4!! They are 11.5 weeks old and go to their families this week. I have had 3 months to get to know each of the families, and I know that everyone will keep me updated on these babies.

Now for Kiara's 4 week old Fluffballs. They all have homes. 2 of the boys get to stay together. One of the boys goes to Utah, and the little girl will be about an hour away from us. They are going to be so spoiled.

We hope you enjoy seeing pictures of our babies.
Nikki, we raise Ragdolls. You can also see beautiful pictures of other Ragdolls, from another member here that raises Ragdolls as well.

Dang! Now why did I look at those. There should've been a cuteness alert. They are extremely sweet. Little "still thinking of a name" looks like he/she needs a very unique name. Seems to be some attitude there, LOL!

That little guy is probably staying here.
We are still thinking of a name, and of course our supervisers will have to agree, and since they are 5 and 8, it may take awhile. As of right now, the choices are Zuko, Kovu, Mufasa, Simba, Figaro, and Archamedes. I think that is all.
I think the kids are leaning towards Kovu. The name is from Lion King 2.
He is the largest of the litter, and we are having a hard time letting him go. He is the most loving out of all 4, he sleeps with us everynight, and wakes us up everymorning purring in our ears, or treading on us. I clipped his nails, so he doesn't wake us up with a poke now.

Byu or whom we call Boo, is still doing well, with her one baby. She has nursed him well, and decided to eat about half of a can of A/D. It has been few hours since she delivered him, so needless to say the worrier comes out in me. She shows no signs of distress, but also shows no sign of labor. Luckily, we know our vets home and cell number so we may be calling in a few hours. He typically has us wait 6 hours between and then wants an update, so I will let you all know something else soon. It is going to a long night.

Thank you for allowing me to share our joy and frustrations.

See, I am not really sweet, it was just a tactic to get more pictures out of you.

awe I see how you are
I hate my camera! it takes those aweful, fuzzy, dark, discolored pics, I figured every one had seen enough of those! My dad has a digital camera, and he was going to bring it to me next time he came back to Maine, so I was kind of trying to hold out for that, but I will get a few in the morning when I get home, I have bad lighting and no flash they wouldn't come out if I took some now, oh, I should get some batteries for it too, now that I think about it, geez, your asking a lot now!

See what I can get for shots while i'm checking my emails for updates and pics from you when I get home in the morn

Mine should be soon, I don't know who the daddy was (some neighbors of my stepdad's probably) but I am very excited to see the coat colors on the kittens. The momcat has dark light red on her belly and chest and a patch of white on the upper belly. I'm so excited
she should give in in the next 2 weeks or less. She get's really affectionet, rubbing againts me and wanting attention (weirdy just got her 2 weeks ago) and then going under the bed (probably finding a place to nest) I am so excited for new family.

Hi guys,

Sorry for the delay, it was a long night for both Boo and I. She went to the vet and even though when he felt her before delivery he said he thought there was more than one. That wasn't the case though, she delivered just the one beautiful healthy baby boy.
I can say I am in shock.
She is still 17lbs, so I guess she is just loaded with milk, as her normal body weight is 15 lbs. She still waddles like she has a full kitten load in her.
Thank you all for your kind words and concerns.
We have also been rehearsing for our daughters 2nd grade play, where she has a solo singing part, so we have been extra busy.
We have families coming now to pick up Truffles and Baxter.
I am sad, but happy that they have such great families.

Mr Still thinking of a name is a boy. I think he may be Kovu...LOL
I will update everyone more tonight.
