i have 3 sweek old kittens all have eyes open 2 are wandering around but the 3rd seems reluctant to come out of nesting box, she cries when you pick her up and she doesn't seem to be focusing on you when looking at you, Do you think that she could be blind?? any suggestions welcome

Mum is absolutely fine with her but she herself looks helpless, like she cannot see a thing

It takes a little while after their eyes open for them to focus.

Give her a few more weeks before you ask the vet if there is something wrong. Some kits are just slower then others.

Sometimes the special ones are the best and most loyal pets. That makes her even more special to you

Awwww! Poor baby! I saw something on Animal Planet once about a blind cat who hated to be picked up because it scared her. I'm wishing the best for her and pray that she'll adapt and be a happy girl. I'm sure she will!

To think that anyone else would have just given up and gotten her euthanized, but...the gods were looking down on her when they gave her a keeper like you!
