Beautiful Sunday!

I was planning on sleeping in this morning - but lo and behold, I'm up at 7:30AM! Which is okay - its BEAUTIFUL outside today!

We are having some friends over for breakfast - I made another egg bake so they are all going to come over and then we're going to enjoy the nice weather and do some riding on the Harley's!

Is anyone else having a wonderful Sunday!?

Sure! Its actually in the Fundraiser Thread - under Breakfasts - but here it is!

10 eggs
10 slices English muffin bread
2 c. milk
1 small Velveeta cheese
1 roll original Jimmy Dean sausage
Salt and Pepper to taste

Spray 9x13 inch cake pan with vegetable spray. Cut off crusts from bread and cut bread into cubes. Place bread into bottom of pan. Cube Velveeta cheese and distribute over bread. Brown sausage; drain and sprinkle over bread and cheese.

In a large bowl, beat eggs, add milk and seasonings. Blend well and pour over bread, cheese, and sausage. Bake at 375* for 1 hour.

Its VERY yummy!

It's cold and dreary here today. It's sprinkled a little too and it's gonna get worse. I wish I could stay home and lay on the couch with a movie or a book, but I have to go to a dang bridal shower Hooray...

well, the weather website gives a heavy rain fall warning for my area. How fun does that sound?

Actually, that's ok cause I have to stay inside and study today anways... so at least I'm not missing anything fun. although sleeping in would have been fun today.

Okay!

You can actually use any kind of breakfast sausage or shredded cheese actually!

When I made it this morning, I actually put hash browns on the top of it all - it made it 10x's better!

Oh i am soooo jealous. Its lovely here in Wrexham today as well but hubby is at work so no Harley riding for me today.

All is not lost tho' i have been to Dibleys Nursery with my sister and bought some very nice house plants (streptocarpus) which i have re-potted.

And we now have some new garden furniture as well So here is hoping that the weather holds

It is nice here also. I might take the kids to breakfast and then the park and the pond.

It is very nice here(right now) they keep calling for thunderstorms today though. I love having my windows opened!!

Yesterday it was beautiful, sunny and about 70. Today I thought I could sleep in a little, that is if the cats let me, but I woke up at 6:30am to a thunderstorm with very heavy rain and so much hail, I thought it was snowing out. Now it is in the upper 50's with clouds and sun.

Other than some worrying about my cat....I'm having a good Sunday. I was at the baseball game yesterday, so I was real tired last night and went to bed early. So I'm well rested and ready for my day full of nothing.

It is absolutely beautiful here today, I wish I didn't work all darned day! I'd love to take the kit to the park today!

The SO and I drove back from Cour d'Alene last night and got in at 1. What time was I up? 7:30!!

Sunday is basically over here. It started out cool and gray. Poured like crazy yesterday. But it ended up sunny and in the 70s. Had dinner at Mom's and then went grocery shopping!

The day ended up pretty nice here too. Went to a bridal shower and went shopping. Nice!

Um, ok, scratch that, Rain just threw up all of her dinner all over the living room carpet, so there goes my nice peaceful day!

That does ruin a good day, doesn't it!?

We had a great time out on the Harley's - there were about 10 us of that went, and of course, I got sunburned on my nose! Ouchy!

It was in the lower 70's - just a beautiful day!
