hey guys. sorry i'm asking alot of questions but hey... can you blame me? well anyways my older sister is in town visiting for a while and she is allergic to Kittly Litter. i keep it kind of by the nesting area so Kitty doesnt have to go all the way upstairs or downstairs. is there any alternative (like sand or something) to kitty litter until she leaves (around next week)?

what about using Yesterdays News or something similar. Its pellets instead of litter, that might work.

I use Yesterday's News constantly with all my fosters & cats returning from surgery/spay/. No dust, no clumps...perfect!!
I was actually thinking of putting sand in my Pomeranian potty box because we are training her like a cat because of all the rain and snow we get she will sink or drown. I wonder

i went and bought some Yesterday's News but she's been to busy feeding babies so i have yet to see if she'll use it. thanks a ton you guys!
Also Chicken feed works Beautifully, And is all natural & cheap, We love it!
we were told once that you can use newspaper instead, shreaded up, but you have to change all of it all the time, so you need a big stash of paper.
I looked for chicken feed no luck. Might go in to Logan or Idaho in the morning.
