Is that good? he ate one of my flower seeds, i left my computer desk where the seeds where, and he jump up on the desk, knocked down the bag, and ate a seed, i couldn't get it out of his mouth fast enough, will he be okay?

I bet one sunflower seed isn't going to do anything terrible. Cats have survived for thousands of years eating who-knows-what-all.
