Allergies?

Samuel's had a goopy eye for the past couple of days.
I thought it was most likely due to seasonal allergies, but today it's a little thicker and kind of greenish.
His eye is not red, but sometimes I see him squinting a little.

Should i wait and see on this one? or does it sound like a visit to the vet is in order?

Sounds like a URI to me, it may have started as allergies though.
