Mixing KMR in pregnant mom food

Ok Skittles cold is fine know but vet said I could give her some KMR to help her along in case her immune system is weak. She was sick almost 3 weeks and had to have medication. He said she is looking good and seems fine but the extra from the KMR will not hurt her. Well she wont touch it. He is not in the office. Can I mix the powder in the wet food and mix together.

You can mix the powder with the correct amount of water into the wet food. I am sure she will really love it.

I wasn't sure if I had to add water she would not like that.

i add 1 tblspoon to a 6oz can of wet food sound correct.

I think I goofed. She hates the pieces of food her wet food has to be the mush one. Doesn't like flacked or cubes. I was in a jam and got Fancy Fiesta and it was cubes in gravy so she is pouting at me If she doesn't eat it by morning I will remake with what she likes. I know at night she is a pig and if she doesn't eat it she still has her kibble. Vet just wants me to make sure she gets the extra protein because she was sick the first 3 weeks of her pregnancy.

If she doesn't like the wet and KMR, it would be best to stick to a good dry food. What one do you feed? even maybe some kitten bikkies.

She is on kitten nutro natural. It is a good kibble she loves it but loves her wet kitten food also but I was not able to get to petsmart today. It is over hour one way and I was at the ER with my son all day and he was not up to a trip to the PS. I don't blame him. I love my animals but I gave birth to my boys they are first, so I just got something at the pharmacy for skittles,

That's a good quality food so her condition should pick up quickly. How far along is she?

no clue vet said at least 25 days that was almost 2 weeks. I think a due date of May 19th is correct not sure.

Do you have a suitable pen for her when the time is closer?

I am not sure if it would make a difference but I bought the liquid KMR and put it down all by itself. the stray I found LOVES it like that. Maybe it is the mixing in the food that is putting her off.
