Thanks Everyone, Toby is 5 years old, So we are not showing him, Although his Pedigree is Brilliant..Aaarrggh. I wish i'd had him from the start. I will take tons of pics when he gets here. He will be my 4th stud, My 3 other studs have never sprayed & all roam the house as they wish, So I am hoping Toby won't spray as well, If so, I'll have to start finishing up the top of the 2 car garage,(size of an apartment) For my cattery. I will put up pictures as we progress. Have a great night, Dawnde

You have 3 studs and NO one sprays????? Man you are lucky. Did you ask the breeder if Toby sprays? Has he been shown and championed/granded? What lines is he out of?

I had one male who was a non-sprayer and he, too, had run of the house. But I've never heard of having more then one male and none of them spray. Of course you do have persians.....

I have 4 Studs now & So far no spraying from Toby, He is just Beautiful. He was never shown unfortunatley, He is from Pink Palace, He has Bolo,Vickits,Marhei, Pajean,Kitty Charm,Highlandkatz, pink palace, fratsy,Aladar,Divinepurrs,&Lacelegacy. His Pedigree is amazing! I have 9 cats now & they all are from different places, So we have alot of different lines, Which is what we wanted. I have 2 mentors who have helped soo much getting me set-up. Thank goodness! lol What breed of cat do you have? It's always been my dream to have Persians. They are my life. Have a great day! Dawnde

I bred cornish rexes for about 8 yrs and showed several to grand champion in both CFA and ACFA. When I was in the Cornish Rex Society I got to trace my cats back to the original rex - Kallibunker. Some of them were only 10 or 12 generations from the original.

My "best" rex is my 15 yr old - he was granded in CFA and quad grand in ACFA and won several years of national and regional awards. The best year was 10th best alter in the country.

Do you ever plan on showing or breeding again? I can imagine how proud you are of your success showing!! That is wonderful!!

Did you only show and breed the Cornish? I have fell in love with a friends Devon. A sweet, curious little baby, affectionately nicknamed Monkey. She has Granded in TICA's household division. She is beautiful despite an eye infection that took one eye, when she was very young. I believe I get to see her again soon at the upcoming TICA show.
I would love to see pictures of your cats.

I don't know if I'll show again - started showing my HHP in 76 and was showing for over 25 yrs. I was thinking of showing my little "magic" color changing kitten - the one that was pointed as a kitten but is now black/white but she doesn't like to sit still and be handled for more then a min, so she probably won't be shown.

I don't have a scanner right now to scan my older pictures of my rexes. And Spooky is 15 yrs old, not in good shape to take pictures. If I can find a way to scan the older pics I'll post them.

And I'm in the process of training my lab for agility, so that's something different. If someone wanted me to help show their cat, I'd probably do it

And yes, I am proud of what I accomplished
You make a lot of good friends in the cat fancy.
