My study is in the front of the house. I just saw all these lights flashing so I peeked out. A fire truck went down my street and turned around and came back. I sure hope they aren't lost while answering a call!!!

sometimes firefighters arent the brightest of people. In fact, I truly hope my house never starts on fire because I know well over half of the firefighters in this town, and ...Yea...I wouldnt want them guys trying to put a fire out. lol.
But there's sirens ALL day long here. We live on "Main Street" of the town, so it's like all we hear. Ugh...One day I will move and be happy.

If the firemen get lost here, be very scared. The town I live outside of has a population of 1,087 & most of the firemen here were born, raised, & now live here. Some of them left for college, but most of them have never left!

Thats scary stuff. I work and live right in the town so I hear syrens all day and all night. A few weeks ago, at work, an ambulance drove past work and up the road at the back of us. 5 minutes later it came back down again, someone said they saw it turn around in the road.

The police get lost in my neighborhood all the time because all the buildings look similar.
Last week one of them decided to take a shortcut through the park (in his car) to catch some guy on foot. Luckily there was no one IN the park at the time.
