My cat just had babies about three weeks ago. They've just started walking and it seems to stress her out alot. Currently we keep them in a large box with a hole cut in the side for easy acess for her, but she keeps trying to move them to a space between my bed and wall where she cant even turn around much less laydown. Even the kittens seem to have a hard time moving around. So I keep putting them back in the box. She typicaly triesto only move them at night and sometimes in the earily morning.

Is this normal behavior for a momma cat?

I've tried pluging up the hole i made, seeing as how the kittens can sometimes craw out and opened up the top to see if that will help her relax today. its not worked. Right now she's out in my room draging one kitten from spot to spot looking for a place to put it. Alot of times when shehaving trouble moving it. She'll come to me and have me pick up. (making writing this post very slow going). I dont mind her moving hte kittens to where ever she wants em. Except for really tight spaces. like my bed or behind my desk.

Ok...she seems to have found a new spot now, its in my filing cabnet. Not ideal.. but better than the other places she prefers.
