I've been walking around for 2 days now with my eye twitching! Not my actual eyelid, but right under the browbone! I'm so paranoid people think I'm wiggling my eyebrow at them!
At least it's only one eye at a time. I hope they stop soon! I've had my eyelid twitch before and my nose, but not where it's twitching now! Maybe I need to get some big shades!

I have heard that the twitching you are describing is due to stress. My aunt had it. Then again, my mum is superstitious and says it happens because someone is thinking or talking about you!

have you tried taking a hot shower and a 20 minute nap? Or maybe try a hot pad or something on it to relax the muscles.

Hope it stops soon!

Shortly after I posted this I fell asleep on the floor in here with Noodles...we'll see if that helped. Right now I'm mostly just trying to get un-stiff from the floor. But Noodles was being so cute!

Fatigue and stress can cause eyelid twitching. This is also known as myokymia. Your eye lids flutter or twitch because the muscle surrounding the eye is becoming fatigued. For example, if you are squinting because of bright light or having difficulty seeing, if you donâ€[emoji]8482[/emoji]t sleep enough, stare at the computer monitor…. All mentioned can cause the muscular fatigue and result in twitching. The best thing you can do about it is to concentrate on relaxing regularly and guaranteeing yourself the amount of nightly sleep that you need to properly function during the day.

That's the kind of funny thing to me. I've had my eyelid twitch, buy this is the muscle above my eye. It seemed to do it a bit less today so at least it's calmed down!

My eyebrow on the right side will go to twitching like crazy so I asked the people at the place where I got my glasses. The lady said it is because I am tired
I
don't know why that would be since I get up at 6 am and go to bed after 10 pm shoot 4 hours of sleep aught to be enough for anyone.

my eyelids spasm on occasion, it usually comes and goes during the period of one day and then its gone for quite awhile. I've had little 'tremors' on other areas of my face as well, my lip, and under my eye. I have a friend who's nose twitches like crazy and another friend who has crazy blinking episodes...I don't know what causes that but she'll blink about 3 times really hard. It takes alot not to giggle but she's very sensitive about it. yet another past acquantance has sporadic winks...that really bugged me when I first met her because I thought she was trying to throw a hint at me...lol..and I'd give a funny look and say 'what, what' she probably thought I was nuts!lol
