Does your cat change colour with the sun?

I've noticed with my black and white cat Gizmo...the black fur is jet black in winter and has tints of mahogany in the summer! I've noticed this for 6 years now!

Anyone else's cats have a fur-colour change like this?

Yes my black cats do that to-its called russetting.
BTW supposedly martha stewart has black horses she doesn't let outside on sunny days due to this effect on their coats. She wants them to stay black!!!!
