He was born, April 3rd the day after his daddies passing. we think he was just a wee bit preemie, as he is a bit behind. but the vet says he is healthy, and just to help him along as usual.

Katie,

Little A is so sweet, he looks so much like Ares, I had to stop and look again. Ares-you did well buddy!!! It truely is a miracle, Ares didn't want you to be sad, so he gave you a new pride and joy to look after, and Little A is a part of Ares. You will always have a piece of Ares.

What an absolutely wonderful surprise, really is a miracle, and how wonderful that he looks like his daddy. Can't blame you for not being too annoyed with the vet.

OK, I had a thought here. I was thinking, "Why would she have a scar? What DID they do?" and here's what I think. I think she may have had 2 complete sets of reproductive organs, and they "fished" out a set with the forceps, tied it off, blah blah, and she could still get pregnant that way.

There's a person in my family that actually has 2 complete sets of female organs - that's what made me think of that...what do you think?

that could be. My vet doesnt think so. The clinic we went to was a low/cost and alot of times they do large groups of cats at once..what happened I dont know. But i am not making to much fuss. Jellie is healthy and fine, So is Little A we did get the funds back, and I gave them right to my regular vet man, plus some more, so her spay with him is already paid for. Soon as little A is weaned.

Let's see - kitten sit still for pictures - we won't see any pictures for months.

No I'm sure you will catch him when he finally crashes like all kittens do. I'm looking forward to it.
