my cat and her kittens

my cat was pregnat on saturday night when she came home she had been in some kind of fight she later went into labour and had 2 kittens early sunday morning the first kitten died on monday morning the secound died on tuesday afternoon is this normal she has had kittens before all of which survived we kept one of them ourselves i just would like to know if anyone else as expierenced this so i know that im not alone my vet said that it could of happened as the kittens were a few weeks early and she may of had them due to the fight she was in help me please :

I think it is possable the fight did it. She should be inside 24/7 because of the pregnancy. Please try to spay her now.

I don't know if this has anything to do with this, but I had a cat (my present-cat's mom) have two kittens (one living one died) and two days later have the one I have now. But I think in this case it sounds she miscarried

How extremely sad! I used to have unspayed outside cats (barn cats). They had several litters, and did just fine. I had gotten two of the three spayed, but let the last one have one more litter since she was such a good Mom. She died having that last litter.

Even if you have an experienced Mom cat, things can go wrong. I would suggest getting her spayed, as Momof suggests. Then you can be sure she will never have to go through that again! Plus, there are so many unwanted kittens in the world...the more we can all do to prevent more kittens, the better off we will all be!

Condolences on your losses. I have lost kittens, too, and know how painful it can be!

This my Skittles first and for sure last littler. I have already got the kittens homes and We have all the money to spay/neuter all the kits at 12 weeks and Skittles before going to there new homes. My mom lives a few houses down is helping me. I feel obligated to do it because Skittles should of been fixed already, but I had some bad things happen that took major priority. I can not change how it all happened but I can prevent others.

I'm very sorry for your lose...It's very heartwrenching to loose a kitty. These I am taking care of now are really just ripping my heart in two...it's sad...and just as momof said about her kitty...I feel responsible too...I'm getting Snickers fixed asap.

iwould like to thank all the well wishers who sent me thier sympathies tia is doing a lot better now i will try and keep every1 upto date with her progress and all be well she should be in the vets in the next few weeks to get spayed anyway just to get of the subject a little how can i attach i picture of my cat to my profile plz
