I am a longtime cat lover and was without a cat for about three years. I lost my last black cat, Balistic, in 2001 after several trips to the vet. I now have Unick as my friend and partner (other than my husband;-).
Unick's birthday was the 10th of April and he is 1 year old. The day I got him I had to go to work (2nd shift), and so I took him to work with me! My coworkers talked me into smuggling him in and we kept him in our break area and took turns kittysitting. He was 9 weeks old then and has been traveling with me ever since, on a harness and leash. I guess I need to post a few messages before I will be able to create a signature with pictures of him for all to see.
This seems like a great site for those of like mind, CAT LOVERS, of course! I hope I find time to visit and share often.
