Gas Prices?

I just saw that gas went up to $2.79 here today up .5 cents from yesterday

Whats the price where your at?

I'm curious to see if its about the same all over, or if its hit the $3.00 mark anywhere yet - I heard it was supposed to be up to $3 here in about a week, yikes!

When i filled up last week, it was $ 1. 49

this week it has went up to $1. 69 so I'll be topping my tank off before the weekend price gouge. I'm sure it'll be up to 3 bucks by then

Our gas is about $2.79 here, too. It sucks. I'm glad I have a small car that doesn't take a lot of gas, and has good mileage with it.

Over my lunch hour it jumped up 10 cents to $2.79. Hubby was going to get gas and I'm hoping he found a station that hadn't made the jump yet...

I always hate when it goes up right before I get gas - that happened to me the other day! I went to work and it was $2.69 - then at lunch it went up to $2.79

Yesterday it was $2.76 as we drove home. Got to get some tomorrow.

$3.85? That's totally insane. There's no reason at all for prices to be that high. Except to make certain people rich. And the rest of us poor.

Yesterday I was on my way home and needed to get gas, but I had the ferrets (who have found a good home! yay!) with me and didn't want to stop. It was $2.77 a gallon. On my way to the grocery store today, it was $2.85!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is just ridiculous. Last week it cost me $36 to fill my Saturn from 1/8 tank.

I filled up this morning at $2.79....however when I left the area I work the price was $2.95. It's still $2.79 on this side of town.

Only 5 cents away...

I paid $3.05 for premium yesterday. 2 of our cars run only on premium, but get good mileage and the van runs on regular, but gets horrible gas mileage. Stuck behind a rock and hard spot with our vehicles.
I'm thinking we'll all be paying close to $5.00 a gallon within a couple of years.

Would you believe $4.72 for a gallon of regular unleaded? I almost fainted when I drove past a gas station asking that price today.

Wow.... I cannot believe that! I don't know what I'd do if it ever got that high here

I couldn't afford to let my car get lower than a 1/2 a tank without filling up before it gets below that!
