I'm still tired. Had a slight scare last night. B has been trying to control his diabetes better by taking more insulin and eating less and less carbs. However last night at 2 I got woken up to him collapsed on the floor suffering a suger low.
Thank God for Michalina's microwavable stuff!
The sad thing was that it started during his sleep, and he woke up to one of the cats yelling about Whitey. If Whitey hadn't started his midnight rampage, who knows what would've happened!!!!

I am having a wonderful day so far - I went shopping last night
and got some GREAT deals on some spring/summer clothes for work. I got 2 pairs of pants, 3 shirts from Express, 2 pairs of sunglasses (they were 2 for $10) and a necklace and a bracelet for only $120!! I was really really excited.
We hit up such great deals that we treated ourselves to a massive supper at Red Lobster - along with chocolate cake for dessert
So today I'm wearing my new clothes and I feel very pretty!
Oh yeah, and the boss is gone today - WOOHOO!
I am having a wonderful day so far - I went shopping last night

I am having a good morning aside from the fact that the tires we ordered Thursday to be mounted and balanced on Friday have yet to arrive. Luckily The lady at the tire place is nice and went ahead and put two new tires on the front free of charge since they were so bad. It still makes me mad! Its going to be a good day if they come in and if they don't then I am keeping the ones they put on the front and going elsewhere to buy 2 to put on the back and cancelling my order!!

Well I'm a bit more alert than yesterday. Have lots of laundry to do good thing I can start hanging out on clothesline now!! I also have to start bringing all my plants up from the basement. And so much other gardening stuff!!!
The wait begins on hearing if I got that big landscape job or not-plus I have some other calls to make for potential jobs. So busy busy for me!!

Last night's storms cooled our temps dramatically. It's still nice and warm, though, beautiful and sunny
Still feeling cruddy, but better then I was. Merlin help me shift the baby - he sat on my belly when i was off and kept kneading the baby. I seems to have worked slightly. I go back tot he doctor today. I am at work, but think I just might take the rest of the week off.
Got a call from Kevin's daycare - apparently he has a nasty rash on his chest. He was exposed to chicken pox on Thursday, but this would be too early for them to appear. She will keep me posted on how he is doing - we may have to take him to the doctor tonight. Last thing I need is an itching little boy when the new baby arrives.
At least it is alost break time. I am trying to get a lot of work done, but I am lacking motivation today!

Ady!! Good to hear from you. Glad to hear Merlin help shift the baby. Maybe you could get him in a business and help earn his kibble.
Mom says sis and I insisted on laying against her spine and cutting circulation to her hands.

As far as my Tuesday morning....I have been a busy bee so far. I decided 100% for sure that I am renewing my instructor rating!
so I have my written exam booked for next Tuesday am, and my flight test for May 8. I always hate doing them, but I've learned it's just part of my profession and I deal with it.
Later on this afternoon I'm helping my mom take her cat Simmie to the vet for her regular checkup and shots.
should be fun!

Thanks! yea it was kind of scary...I woke up came out and saw him laying down with candy wrappers aruond him (ok so now I can laugh about that!). But it was weird to see as he was sweating so much that there was a puddle by his head. So he's laying down eyes closed and this puddle of water by his head...all I could think was Oh No!
I think his body has been having a hard time adjusting though. He's always maintained the blood sugar around 200-250 (normal is 80-120), but with this new job he has to have a physical and doesn't want to go into the physical with the high blood sugar.
Ugaimes - funny maybe I've read it wrong. I was always thought that higher blood sugar was better...you just go into a coma. I always thought that too low blood sugar is worse as with out it you can go into shock and die. I may have had it backwards...when we first started dating I had a crash course in the subject.
Oh yea, he does the manual injections. I'm thinking about getting him to a nutritionist just to get him on a regular diet. The hardest part will be convincing him he needs to go.
Started feeling a bit better today, i have had a real naggy headache since Saturday and a lack of energy.
Perhaps its withdrawal symptons of not having to go to work this week

Weather has been bad and tomorrows forecast isn't great either
May be a good day to look for some new garden furniture.
