Precious is one of my foster babies that my son is insisting we should keep. When a couple came today to look over all the fosters (seven of them), I crossed my fingers behind my back & told them they couldn't take her...someone else has already put a deposit on her (shhhh)

A very serious looking Precious...staring at Albert who is approaching

Albert & Precious

So hard to resist...help....

I will admit that I have mixed feelings on keeping Precious. We already have a resident crew of 7...yes 7!! I also care for a colony of another 7...which consists of fresh food & water twice a day, rain, snow, sleet or shine!!

Precious is truly "precious" but every batch of fosters that we get, I'm sure there will always be that one special baby that stands out. We certainly can't keep them all!!

Will think on it. There isn't anyone lined-up to see her for adoption anyway at this point...will see...will see.

Nope. 8 fat, healthy cats is certainly not crazy cat-lady newspaper material.

Cat-lady, maybe, but not crazy or newspaper.

From one cat-lady of eight to another there's always room for one more!

You notice I didn't use crazy or newspaper!!!

Yes...with seven here already, it will be just one more tail popping down the hallway

Just emailed Humane Society mgr. and requested that Precious be taken off petfinder/kittens for adoption.

YIKES!! My husband is going to feed me to my feral colony (another 7 I care for) when he realizes there is a "puffaluff" walking around our home

I'm in the same boat as you...i don't know if i can give up one of my fosters. I'm very attached to my little Annabelle! But if this is my first foster litter...and i take one from every foster litter...i will catch up to you in no time!!

Maybe he will not notice. We promise not to tell him
