It is okay. I thought that as well. I do not at all condone the neighbor's actions, but Coal's famiy could have kept him indoors after their previous cat vanishing and their neighbor's complaints.

|I'm beginning to get absolutely disgusted with the "bird people" that will seem to go to any lengths necessary to destroy ccats since obviously cats are the root of the bird problem and there are no other causes that need to be examined|
