5 month old still feeding

Hello all,
We have a mummy cat and kitten. The kitten is over 5 months - but is still feeding off mummy!! She eats her normal food also - dry as well as fish - but she can't seem to kick this habit. Is it normal to be feeding at this age - or should I be taking some action?

Missy's kittens kept trying to nurse until about 7 months, now at 11 months they've given it up. Seeing as she'd been spayed I don't know that they were actually getting milk or just doing it as comfort.

Has momma been spayed yet?? If not, now would be a good time to have her spayed...otherwise, I don't see the harm in comforting herself by feeding off of mom as long as she is also eating her dry food.
