I would say to consult a vet. Im sure there some sort of cat formula you can get from a vet.

Absolutely contact the vet. You can get formula at Petsmart, etc if she refuses to feed them. You are not forgetting to feed Mom Cat in all the confusion, right? Is she laying down with them at all? Kittens have to be kept warm.

Caz...you may need to provide the kittens replacement milk (you can probably find goat's milk..which is actually preferable to KMR) if they aren't feeding on mom.

If mom and the kittens aren't confined into one room..you may want to do that....you also will want to find a room that doesn't get a lot of traffic so that it is quiet. Please let us know how it goes. Also, please keep mom strictly indoors only until she can be safely spayed.

Hi Katie, the goat's milk is something I have never heard before. I have always used KMR, if it has been needed. Probably a strange question, but where does one find goat's milk.

I've never tried to buy it...but Gaye says you can get it at the supermarket.

I have used Goat's milk for my Golden Retriever Puppies It is wonderful since it is smaller & gentle enough on little digestive systems. You can get it at Wal-Mart by the evaporated milks and so on. Here is a great site on it. Scroll down to read the testimonial's breeders are giving.
