My Grandmother was from Canada, so alot of these rang true for me, too.

Except the Zed being the last letter of the alphabet- I say Zee
My kids say Zee as well, and my sons preschool teacher corrects him all the time :laughing: It doesn't rhyme if you say Zed..

Oh, and I spell it 'color' not 'colour' and I also hate the metric system even though I was taught it all through school. Maybe I'm part American at heart

My father was English, so I know about Zed. In western PA we drink pop too, but no one else in the U.S. seems to know what it is. To us, a soda is flavored pop with ice cream. Maine natives say "eh" too. Michael J. Fox and Alex Trebek are Canadians also. See, we have lots in common!
