The Vet gave it to me on 4-14-06 to give to the cats, but they don't like it. It's made by Iams and is a Low Residue Adult Formula that also says "Nutritional Intestinal Formula" in 6oz (170g) cans. They came in a case of 12, but I used one can...do the math
. If anyone wants the rest, please let me know. I don't want to trash them if they can be used. Just pay s/h and I'll send it to your door via usps. I can also send pics if desired, just let me know your email address.

Animal shelters often have a very specific brand and don't want donated food because it usually isn't that brand. If you want to do that, call first and ask if they'll use it.

I never thought of donating it, but I'll call them first thing on Monday to see if they want it.

Thanks!

I would think about donating but since you only used a little the vet likely can take it back and get a crt

I would think most animal shelters/cat rescues would be happy to get it. Our local shelter takes anything people donate (which are usually generic brands). They really don't even specify a certain dry food on their wish list but they do have a preference for their canned.

I'm not really interested in establishing credit if I take it back. I'd really like it to go to a shelter or something equivalent to help out homeless animals. I would feel MUCH better if I know it went to a good cause.
