Recently I've been thinking of getting breast imlants. I've been talking to my cousin about it (she had it done). But I don't know what I'm going to decide to do. And I don't know if I've actually got the guts to go through with it or not. I talked to 2 of my friends about it, seperately. One of them said "No! Don't do it!" and the other offered to drive me to the doctor
. Afterwards, I looked back on both coversations & thought to myself "okay. that did not help."
Am I crazy for thinking of doing this?

I think you're crazy

I'm sure you're beautiful the way you are..I wouldn't do it if I were you. This is the way your parents made you and the way you are meant to be.

I feel bad when people think they want to change themselves..I say love yourself the way you are.

You're not crazy at all for wanting to do something to help boost your self esteem. Just make sure you're really doing it for you--and make sure you do the research to find a good doctor with a good track record of SAFE and successful surgeries. And be prepared for things to possibly NOT turn out exactly how you want it to.
Question- how old are you? I was flat as a board until about 23 and then I gained a little bit of weight and just sort of "filled out"--many years after I thought I would. Taking birth control made the girls grow as well. If you're under 25 I'd say wait a little bit to see how your body changes as you become more of a "woman" and less of a teenager.

You're not crazy as long as the person you are doing this for is YOU and no one else.

If you don't have kids already, you should be warned that they will grow with pregnancy and nursing.

Yea, I think I'm crazy too, but that's beside the point.

Well, it's not like I've got nothing. I'd just like them to be bigger than they are. Hey! Anyone know of any boob enhancing exercises?

Don't do it. There are so many ways to achieve the same effect without having elective surgery, like try pushup bras and those silicone things that go on the outside. Then you can know if you even like the effect if you wear those for a while. And I've seen so many horror stories of what happens if it goes wrong that I can't imagine doing it.

Boob exercises, huh? I don't know. I do agree that the pill makes them bigger, but its not worth it to be on it just for that! If you build up the muscle behind your breast tissue it makes them look bigger.

As a well endowed girl (I wear an E cup) I would say you're nuts.
I would give anything to have a smaller chest. Guys sure do like talking to my boobs, but they don't often talk to me. This happens all the time.

I have back problems and I think they make me look fat because they are not proportional to the rest of my body. It is hard for me to exercise because they hurt when I do too much vigorous movement. It is hard to find clothes that fit me. And of course I get to look forward to them starting to go south of the border in a few years.

in my opinion, bigger is not always better, and it may bring more negative attention than anything.

I'd do it if I had the money!
But only a little bigger...not Pam Anderson big...

Except if I had the money, it would be liposuction first!

I'm disproportionate.
I'd only do it to have a somewhat normal shape, it'd be nice if properly sized clothing fit me.

My only real advice is research, research, research.

I do know that the armpit incision is the way to go.

According to my husband... the zoo
I just heard on TV the other day about new discovered health risks... women with breast implants had much higher levels of something... sorry, can't remember what, but it wasn't good.

Please thoroughly check out all of the health implications first.

Personally I wouldn't do it - too risky for something totally elective.

Personally, I wouldn't do it for me.

We had a neighbor that got implants, and one of the silicon implants started to leak and she got really sick - she ended up having to take them out in the end
What a waste of money that was for her! I woulda been really mad!

I don't mean to discourage you or scare you, but I am sure that you are beautiful the way you are

Do all the appropriate research and I'm sure that you will do what you feel is best FOR YOU!

I hope I dont get in trouble for saying this

But besides the risks, You will lose your nipple sensitivity. That plays a big part in the s*x life.

there are alot more pro's than cons, just do your research. I too have heard alot of horror stories. I know nothing we say will affect you much, deep down you know what you really want. But I personally dont suggest it. Yes plastic surgery is here to stay, but leave it to those who need it, for defomreties or whatnot. My breasts are not proprtionate, but My husband loves me the way I am, and so do I.

Ultimately, if you go for it, do it ONLY for you. =o)

I know that even with a D size cup my boobs always hurt. I take them out of the bra for the night and they hurt. I have fibro cystic breasts, which is very common. I have to watch my caffene intake, and take vitamin E.

With so many women getting breast cancer I would be scared to put something artificial in my body.

I also changed sizes through the years. I was never small but as I grew into my body as a mature woman, my breasts changed to.

They have wonderful water bras that push you up and give you clevage!
