After I eat luch and come back to work I...

just want to turn around, go back home and lay in bed.

I am always soooo tired after I eat lunch.

I get like that too - well, I'm usually not so much tired, I just really don't wanna come back to work!

Especially when its so nice out!

You sound just like my coworkers!

Oh I'm the same way, especially if I eat too much!

This is why italian people close their shops at 1 pm, and start working again at 4 pm till 8 pm so they can sleep in the afternoon

I find the trick is to just not leave the office. I know, its sad, but once I leave I never want to go back! I eat lunch at our conference table and socialize for awhile until I'm ready to get cracking again. A lot of times we order in stuff and all eat together, so its not that bad.
