Oh my-its so hot out!! They are forcasting like 90 degrees today and thats just too hot for me and for the month of Arpril!! I turned on my a/c this morning~I hate being hot!! How about you??

I hate being hot too. I am ready to break out the fan here at work!! Plus somehting smells funny in here! Yuck!
We've got windows open and a fan going in mom's room. If that's not enough, I guess it's turn the A/C on.
(And I just turned the furnace off on Tuesday.)

heehee, I've been turning mine on and off for about the past month! I'm always hot to begin with
throw me some 70+ weather and my air get kicked on asap!
The high for today here in southeast Minnesota will be in the low to mid seventies!!! That's just perfect for opening a few windows and letting some nice fresh air in. That's before it rains of course, and the weather forcasters say we have a chance of thunderstorms later today....so I'm not complaining....I'm ENJOYING!!!!!!!!

We don't have airconditoning at my house. Sleeping becomes very difficult sometimes during the summer. Of course the heat gets locked in the 2nd floor and the fans and windows don't help a bit. My mom wants to get window units for the bedrooms, but she worries if the house's wireing system will be able to support 4 acunits and 4 computers and everything else we have plugged in. The house is 30 years old. I hope we doe get them because Limerick did not take the transition from an air conditioned apartment to no ac very well last summer..... we will have to see.

I have but a tiny little window unit. And I haven't put it back in the window yet....but it was quite warm last night, since I insist on sleeping under a down comforter no matter how hot it is. (I just like that heavy, cozy feeling!)
I just put my little window unit back in & got it going! It's wierd though. I used to be such a cold natured person. I could freeze in the middle of summer. But over the past month or so, something's changed. Now when some people are shivering, I'm comfy. And I'm getting hot a lot easier.
Ooo..not yet! It was only 75 today. BUUUTTT...the terds at work got too hot and turned on the a/c. I FROZE at first..then turned on my space heater! LOL.
I actually prefer warmer weather. Not humidity though...just warm/hot weather. This winter I just couldn't stay warm at all...so I was totally happy for today!
