Both. More salty though.
Yah it depends... If I'm really really hungry and need something to tie me over then I need salty. If I've eaten and get a craving then its usually for sweet.
I usually crave a mild sweet. I dislike salt, and usually do not crave it.
I love snacking on dry Apple cinnamon cheerios or empty waffle cones. Usually, I crave crunchy foods for some reason.

Salty and spicy-tortilla chips and salsa is the perfect snack.

Sweet here, I also dislike salt (plus I have border-line high blood pressure and salt is a no-no) nothing like a candy bar in the afternoon

I have discoverved the Chex Mix CHOCOLATE covered ones!
I bought some the other day, holy crap, they are awesome

My fix is Cheez-its which aren't completely bad for me, so I can eat a handful without much guilt.

Ooo...both. I'm all about those sweet and salty trail mixes - the ones with the M & Ms in them YUM!
I definatly crave sweet which is a good thing since I can always raid my chocolate stash (thats getting low thanks to breakfast!).
Dinner/lunch looks like it will be Rice Krispies, which I pour sugar on to!

i really am not much for sweets, only once in a while. I use splenda for everything that needs sugar.
I can not help but be obsessed with salts. I love chips, that's why I don't keep them in my house and I'm unlikely to go to the store just to buy them.

I just bought a box of those soft, icing-covered w/sprinkles cookies from the Kroger bakery if that answers your question
