Well, this is a hard question....
I love mashed (homemade) the best, BUT...Red Lobster has THE BEST baked potatoes I've ever eaten before!

I LOVE seasoned potato wedges. I could eat them until my blood turned into mashed potatoes.
In a pinch (when I crave them), I'll just mix some "chicken seasoning" with flour, soak potatoes in cold salt water, cut them, rinse them, coat them, and bake them. In even MORE of a pinch, I'll fry them.

My FAVORITE is twice-baked. But I don't get that very often. So next favorite is mashed

Baked, halved and the insides scooped out and mashed with cheese, spooned back into the skins and grilled until golden!

I love potatoes any way, but I guess my fave would have to be baked with sour cream

I love baked potatoes with taco meat and cheese on it...
Oh my goodness, I just laughed out loud when I read about the "jacket potatoes" That's the funniest way to describe them..they certainly are in jackets but I had never thought of that
I prefer mine mashed with cream cheese and garlic in there with them...AND I love twice baked potatoes too!
