Ummm...I'm sure there's someone who can help you unravel the mystery, but whoever it is will need a few specifics, starting with what brand of camera, what software you are using, and what method of transfer to the computer. I'm guessing, just from the way you phrase your plea, that you are using either a dock or a USB cable plus the software supplied with the camera. But since there are significant differences between those -- especially the software -- it would be really helpful to know those specifics.

So you have transferred them to the computer, correct? That is what is sounds like. Now you should be able to upload them to photobucket.

If you're using XP as an operating system, most likely it detected the camera as a removeable driver. Look under "My Computer" to see if there are any extras other then the A:\\ (Floppy) and C:\\ (Hard Drive). Usually there will be a camera icon associated with it. XP usually detects a camera as a removeable drive.

YOu can access the pictures directly from the camera and upload them into Photobucket or your own personal web page.

If you don't use XP, then load the software that came with the camera.

I have a Sony Cybershot and loaded the software that came with my camera.
I also have the Kodak Easyshare software as that is the camera my mom has.
So I them transfer my pics from the Sony Picture Package to Kodak and fix them up (cropping/rotating/exposure etc...)
I then upload my pics to photobucket.com so I can show them on this site.
My computer has the card slots so I don't use my usb cable.

And if you don't have card slots on your computer, card readers are dirt cheap -- $20 I paid for the CF reader for my first digital, $20 for the SD reader for my current one. Had I known when I bought the first one that I'd need a different format later, I would have bought the one that reads five or six formats for $30. Plug it into a USB slot, and you have a removable drive. Just move the files around like you move files from one folder or drive to another.

I haven't used the camera software for unloading from the camera for eons, though I do for its editing and printing functions.
